The staff at the hotel and at the restaurants were very accommodating. They hotel workers did their best to be helpful and were very kind. I didn't care for the shortages of towels, nor the days my room was not cleaned nor the trash emptied. However, I believe the housekeeping staff's intentions were well meaning.

Valet was great, fast elevator, beautiful lobby, nice views of city, great proximity to major attractions / event venues. Passable breakfast. Starbucks inside.

My daughter and I loved our room. Make sure you pack your own water.,Every bottle of water in the small store was $6 each! The front desk was kind to me and I liked our location. It was a wonderful stay for the 2 of us. Thank you

The staff is stellar - friendly, helpful and efficient. We were there for my husband's heart surgery at Emory and the valets and restaurant/bar staff (special shout out to Abdul) asked about how he was doing every day. They made my stay pleasant and my life easier! The lobby area is huge -- good lighting, lots of plug-ins and comfy corners for working or relaxing. Background music perfect for the holidays--subtle, not irritating. Great location. Very short walk to the hospital and only a couple of miles to High Museum.

The front desk staff, as well as the valet, were very accommodating. The room was clean. The location is great! Just across the street from the train station, which was extremely convenient for us. Parking was not a problem, as they had a valet service.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. The bed was comfortable and the view I had to as good - I could see the interstate and some attractions of the city.

The site was beautiful and was centrally located in the city. The staff was polite and made us feel at home. The hotel manager was friendly and gifted my husband and I with a complimentary breakfast as an anniversary gift (this melted my heart)!! From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, everyone was pleasant. I would definitely recommend the beautiful hotel to others. We will definitely be returning customers.
